      CAPE CRUSADER FALL WORKOUTS SESSION II    

The Cape Crusader Basketball Club will begin its fall instructional sessions on Sunday, November 9, 2014. We will offer sessions for pre-k thru 2nd grade and sessions for 3-8th graders. Both sessions will be tailored toward developing each youngsters skills whether a beginner or an elite-level player and will feature some of the best coaches and instruction in the area. Sessions for the Future Stars will also feature live-action games, putting their newfound skills to the test!! All sessions will take place at The Factory, the new training headquarters of the Cape Crusader Basketball Club!!

WHO: Little Dribblers: pre-k to 2nd grade 1-1:50: Future Stars: 3-8th 2-3:15 [limited to first 40 players to sign up; pls bring a ball if you can]

WHEN: 5 consecutive Sundays beginning on November 9th and ending December 7th.

Coaching is provided by 4 full-time coaches with a combined 100+ years of coaching and playng at the high school and college level. Why do we spend so much time on fundamentals?
"I feel fortunate that I was over in Italy (from ages 6-13) when AAU basketball got big over here, they stopped teaching kids fundamentals in the United States, but that didn't affect me.
